Always helpful and friendly even though I did not buy a Subaru from them. Second used car first was bought in 2009
I went in last week with little money and really no credit but I walked up to Larry and he made it happen I ended up leaving with a 2012 Subaru legacy and I love it huge thanks to Paul in finance for making it happen I appreciate everything you've done for me

We purchased a pre-owned Subaru from Bill Kolb Jr.. This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Our sales person was Larry who was very helpful and friendly.
I leased my second Subaru from Larry and I am thrilled. I was very impressed with my first lease between the salesman and the service department, they couldn't do enough for me and that's why I went back for a second Subaru Forester. in both cases I never felt pressure to sign on the dotted line Larry reached out to me because my former salesman had retired. I found him to be very personable, he has contagious enthusiasm and he went out of his way to fit my needs. He is definitely an asset to great dealership.
I just purchased my first car on my own with Bill Kolb Jr Subaru. I bought a 2017 Impreza and my salesperson was Larry Annunziato. He was beyond helpful and patient in giving me all the information I needed to choose my first car. I had a great experience buying my first ever car from Bill Kolb Jr. I bought a new 2017 Forester 2.5i. Mark Sapola was my sales consultant and was very helpful explaining the qualities of the car. Mark and the manager (whose name I did not catch) worked with me on the pricing and I was able to get a total straightforward price that I was looking for. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!! Ordered a car 6 weeks ago to be told it would take another 6-8 weeks! When I spoke to the sales manager he told me to call Subaru myself and find out what the problem is! Went to Ramsey Subaru the same day, got a better deal and a confirmation of when my car will be in. If you want Great customer service and a good deal head over to Ramsey subaru!
