I bought a 2015 Outback, engine is shot at 67,000 miles, Bill Kolb wants nothing to do with it. Was told to call the Subaru 800 number. Great service, thanks. Will never buy a Subaru again, this is my second.
Wow, what a scam! I called on a Thursday to make an appointment to test drive a specific car the next day. I ask them to make sure it's still available and if anything changes, let me know so I don't make that 1.5 hr drive. When I got there, the manager told me "sorry, the car was just sold, can we offer you something similar?" You would think this bait and switch gets old but I guess not. This is a shady business! You're rolling the dice if you decide to visit this place. Good luck!
