I recently leased my Impreza Sport 5 dr and was very happy with the overall experience. I want to thank Richard K. He was very professional and patient through the process. Paul in finance was also very helpful explaining the lease and service options. I love my new Subaru and would definitely recommend friends and family to this dealership.
Took advantage of a young family and many other young families. Not too sure how they sleep at night.
The best dealership I have dealt with. Friendly staff, honest people, clean waiting area and bathrooms and so many amenities, overall the best dealership there is. I couldn't ask for a better place. I love my Subaru, and I appreciate the great treatment and respect I receive at the dealership whenever I go in for service.
Went for my first oil change. After waiting a week for my appointment finally got it done. They told me it would be about 1 hour and I thought probably would be about 2 hours, but about 55 minutes later they told me it was ready. I was shocked. Very pleased. This is my 2 no time I got a car there
This dealership does not care about anything but money. I have had five horrible experiences with them and the maintenance of my car. When I reached out to the President of the dealership for explanations I was ignored multiple times. Their costumer service skills are horrendous and they feel the customer is always wrong. I highly urge everyone to not use this dealership, unless you don't mind less than mediocre work and rude, unprofessional staff.
I have really loved my Bill Kolb 2010 Subaru Legacy. Unfortunately, my Torque Converter has failed and needs to be replaced. Even though there is a recall on this part, Subaru will not cover it as my car is over 5 years old! This is a safety issue and will now cost me $1,800 - $1,900. I didn't buy a Subaru for this lack of reliability and for this sort of costly repair. I am very disappointed by Bill Kolb Subaru's lack help on this!
My interaction with the sales team was wonderful but when I bought my car I upgraded the tires and was told they would come in within a few days and 2 weeks later they come in(thing happen so I'm okay with that) and when I went to get them done they said I'd have to wait several hours (I was told it would take 30mins tops) so I left and went back the next day. Just had an accident in my Subaru- I was stopped in traffic and hit from behind -hard! My Subaru has little damage but you should see the other car!!! A monster BMW hit my little Impreza and my Impreza walked away. The BMW was towed with a ruptured radiator, crumpled hood, and crushed grill. Thank you for an amazingly safe car... Drove over three hours to get here and would do it again. Steve Conner was great to deal with and I would strongly recommend this dealership.
