Larry was extremely helpful in determining which car I would purchase. Although he said he wasn't a salesman, being a WRX owner himself, helped me make my decision to get one too. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Also, I came in with a capital one blank check, and was immediately assured they could get me a better rate and sure enough Marty made it happen. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience.
Just returned home from Kolb. Emailed for a price yesterday on a particular Impreza and received a quote back. Price was slightly better than I was seeing elsewhere for a comparably equipped model. Took the 20 mile drive there today to close the deal only to be told that they misquoted and wanted over $1500 more. I asked if they were going to stand by their word, their price and their "no haggle" policy, but was told "NO". BE VERY CAREFUL. THEY OBVIOUSLY PLAY A BAIT AND SWITCH AND THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Our sales consultant Stuart was very helpful. Stuart and Marty took their time to explain everything to us and we had a very pleasurable experience. Would recommend this Subaru dealer.
Stuart again sold us a great used Subaru that my family will enjoy for years. So happy I took the hour drive to buy from this dealership. Hope to be back sooner rather then later for my husband.
Subarus are good cars. But buy else where bill kolb jr has the worst customer service and has no problem scamming you out of your money.
2 times a customer of this place. Both times turned out to be horrible experiences. This time it was so bad that I have to take them to court because they broke my car while doing regular maintenance and had the audacity to tell me that I should pay for a rear view camera system they broke.
I always will take my car to Doug Mellon at this dealership. He's made my car sound better than when I bought it. Great guy, great service, simply great.

We had a great experience purchasing our first Subaru Outbak at Bill Kolb Jr. Our salesman, Stewart L., was wonderful and answered all of our questions.
