The brakes failed on our 2021 escape. Unbeknownst to us, there were 3 recalls, one of which specifically was in regards to the brakes. We were never made aware of these recalls from Ford. That part isn't bill Jackson's fault. Bill Jackson's fault lies in their service dept. Toler Richburg, a bill Jackson service tech, informed us in person that yes, the recall could be responsible for making the brakes suddenly fail, and that Fords lawyers worded the recall in such a way as to not make that seem obvious.
