Season went above & beyond she was awesome with talking to the master technician she was very knowledgeable. She helped me call StateFarm informed my claims person of the issues I personally didn’t understand mechanical terminologies. Dealership doesn't honor it's word Made a deal to purchase a 2018 Nissan Murano Platinum, the dealer driven car but when the car returned to the dealership from being out of town, was told the car was sold to someone else. We had numbers, they pulled my credit and the deal was waiting for the return of the vehicle. Second time this has happened to me through Bill Hood.
