Just had my car serviced at Bill Hood service, Mike was really helpful and even told me of a part that was still covered under warranty which I didn't think would be nor even asked ! ... Nice!
I waited 2hrs for an oil change. Tony Breaux checked me in and never came back to update me or let me know there would be a delay after being quoted an hour wait. When I asked about the status my car was done and just sitting. I wish Thomas was still here he was very attentive and informative.
