I had a plan when walking in to Bill Estes. I knew my budget, I knew what I wanted to drive but I didn't know what they specifically had in stock. I gave all of this info to Nate Lycan and he made the whole experience a breeze. I was able to test drive some awesome rides (even some with racing stripes!) and decided on one that fit all of my needs. Before I knew it, I was able to drive home in my new ride. Bill Estes Chrysler was people's very friendly finance manager was very helpful all of our needs Nick the salesman was very helpful Travis and services very helpful and Pat was very nice Tim in the salesman he act like he did not want even speak to me when I come in I don't know why I was in the waiting room and he's woke right on past me and say hi you doing do you need anything or nothing he just order just like okay you know
While the service department was nice, we had a bad experience on an insurance job. Had to take the van back twice to get corrected. We were told the person that worked on our vehicle the second time was no longer an employee due to sloppy work. We bought our van when ESTES was in Lebanon. We live in Lebanon. Since they moved to Brownsburg, we had to drive to Brownsburg each time. They do have a great waiting area. 😊
Took my Grand Cherokee in for its first oil change and tire rotation this AM. New to the dealership. Jason was friendly, affable, helpful, and walked me through the process. Very happy with my first trip to the dealership! 👍🏻
