Easy oil change, called to set it up and they took care of everything. Right on time for pickup.
Entire purchase went smooth and easy from test drive to closing.
Everyone at Bill Estes is very friendly and easy to work with. We have purchased a vehicle from them (that I love) and we have all of our service done there.
I will give 5 stars in spite of my small dislike. The PEOPLE and SERVICE are excellent; but the time to repair is on the slow side. In all fairness, my problem had a weekend and/or holiday to contend with, which caused some delay. Jason is outstanding, personable and friendly. Their work appears very thorough. I will strongly consider Bill Estes for my next auto purchase.
Do not buy any vehicle here service is horrible and they will refuse to fix a problem even if it’s on a brand new vehicle with less then 4K miles ridiculous and when you ask to be put In touch with Mr Estes they refuse to give you the information

If you are thinking of switching service centers because this one is closer to home, don’t. My Jeep is under warranty and having a sunroof issue. They told me it might take a couple days so I dropped it off on a Sunday night. It is now Friday and they haven’t even pulled it into the shop yet. Such a joke. I told them to forget it, I have no confidence in them. I’ll drive farther and take it to Kahlo instead.
Bill Estes Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram is a great dealership. The salesman Ben was great to work with. The General Manager was very fair and receptive to our needs. The finance manager was also easy to work with. It’s. Very well run dealership. We were extremely pleased with the overall experience! We will definitely shop there again.
