Lack of communication between Techs and the Service people that do the checking in and out vehicles. Was quoted a price for oil changed and rotation but got charged double- they corrected that but didn’t review anything they found on my van. My mistake for not looking at paperwork but when I got home I noticed they didn’t do the rotation because tires were bad. No one told me that when I picked up van. I called service and he had to go talk to techs and found out about the tires and no rotation. They did give me a free oil c... read more

Very friendly sales people. I never felt pushed. We worked with Karen Nay and she was wonderful. Finance with Adam was relatively painless. Caroline was great going over the features of the car.
Rick was great! Laid back and friendly. No hard sale tactics. The finance manager was also great! Friendly, patient, and no hard sale tactics. They made the car buying experience stress free!
The service was great and the customer service is excellent.
We setup an appointment time on Thursday morning dropped off van late Wednesday. I followed up late Thursday to follow up and we was told that our van had not been worked on. I told them the van was leaving Friday afternoon when I made the appointment and stressed that again on the follow up. I called again Friday morning and was told it was getting diagnosed and I will be getting a phone call back in 15 minutes.
