Worst experience ever, did an online application for financing drove from brownsburg to Lebanon gave them my pay stubs and they said they'd call me back. Next told me they had an approval and just had to find the right car, then next I call twice and the finance person didn't take my call so I left a message and still no call. Saturday called again no one would call me back so Monday morning drove up there again and spoke with sales manager and he said I never had an approval and that he would have the finance person get bac... read more
Had a small issue with one visit, they went above and beyond to correct it and make it right. Customer satisfaction is critical to me and they exceeded my expectations.
They gouged me on basic maintenance. They charged over $400 for work that should have been $200 or less. I'll never go back.
