Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your collision repair experience. We have a 30,000 square foot facility and are one of the largest I-CAR Gold Shops in New England. We have the only certified BMW repair shop in ME/NH and are also certified by BMW for aluminum structural repairs.

I went in today for a scheduled oil change. I have always had great service at the Westbrook location where I bought my Kia Soul. Today when they were done I was told that they had done their inspection and there was a license plate light out and everything else was fine. However they didn’t offer to replace that bulb. And I could have been pulled over by the police for that violation. I went in for a oil changed and tire rotation today. Arnold the service manager was great. I had some issues with my last visit so this time he took it upon himself to take extra care of my vehicle and myself. I’m sure every future visit will be just as great as the last!
Stopped in for what was going to be a ‘brief’ visit to look at SUVs — ended up spending hours chatting with Rob and then Matt, test driving a few vehicles, and finally selecting a Kia Stinger! Rob, Matt, and then Tony, were all great, very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We will definitely recommend this dealership to all!
