RecommendedCadillac division is excellent! I needed a battery (it was over seven years old), and they were able to take care of it in time for me to go out of state to a wake. Great response time. Bob Williams is most accommodating, and the service techs, are a great team!

They were very helpful at the desk by listening to my needs and assuring me they would have a mechanic troubleshoot the problem. Soon my car was diagnosed and repaired and the bill was very low!! A win win for me!! I enjoyed the smaller more family feel of Saco Bill Dodge and would gladly return there in the future! CSW
