Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your collision repair experience. We have a 30,000 square foot facility and are one of the largest I-CAR Gold Shops in New England. We have the only certified BMW repair shop in ME/NH and are also certified by BMW for aluminum structural repairs.

It was a positive experience
Just an overall bad experience, tried to inquire online and the car I was checking out wasn't actually there. Biggest waste of a 2 hour drive.
Sure they were great while purchasing my vehicle, but the service after the sale is horrible. The day I went to check out the vehicle I heard a noise and questioned the sales person, she told me it was nothing and that it was due to the vehicle sitting. I left and returned on another day to purchase the vehicle I questioned her about the noise, she told me they looked at it and everything checked out. I bought the vehicle. Absolute shit show. I highly advice against this corrupt dealership. The sales manager tried to fight me, I could not believe the circus being run here. Stay far away from this place. Everyone is better off driving the extra 20 miles to a different dealership. I reached out and requested to speak with the higher ups there and no one still has contacted me.
RecommendedMy service here has been MOSTLY great. I came in today to buy my car out of its lease. I leased 3 years ago during the “double the warranty sale”. I was assured that this warranty would carry out even if I leased the vehicle and then bought it out. Well, low and behold, there is no documentation of that agreement. So I’m losing 10 years of my warranty!!! I’m not happy about this. Someone should be able to fix this problem. I was told it cannot be fixed.
Thanks to GMC service today. I had the wrong appointment date but they were able to fit me in and take care of a small safety issue. Well Done GMC Service!
