The Bill Dodge Collision Center offers expert collision repair service backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all repairs as long as you own your vehicle. Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your collision repair experience. We have a 30,000 square foot facility and are one of the largest I-CAR Gold Shops in New England. We have the only certified BMW repair shop in ME/NH and are also certified by BMW for aluminum structural repairs.

Always happy with customer service. A screw in our tire could have been very serious, but they “ put their best guy on it”, and they were able to repair it. Very happy with their conservative approach. Nice people... clean waiting room.

Today my husband bought a nice new to him truck, the entire event was completed in 48 hrs! The finance guy was funny. As a woman I really appreciated the fact that they've hired a fantastic saleswoman Andie Ewing, she's extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. I will start by saying that we usually don't have a bad experience with this particular store. Today, however, was different. I feel that some of the office people might need to be reminded that when customers can hear them, they should try to maintain a positive customer service attitude, and keep inappropriate conversations either somewhere that the customers can't overhear them or keep their voices down.
