Always happy with customer service. A screw in our tire could have been very serious, but they “ put their best guy on it”, and they were able to repair it. Very happy with their conservative approach. Nice people... clean waiting room.

Today my husband bought a nice new to him truck, the entire event was completed in 48 hrs! The finance guy was funny. I will start by saying that we usually don't have a bad experience with this particular store. Today, however, was different. I feel that some of the office people might need to be reminded that when customers can hear them, they should try to maintain a positive customer service attitude, and keep inappropriate conversations either somewhere that the customers can't overhear them or keep their voices down.
