I just bought a gmc 2500 from John Hale. I was nervous buying from an out of state dealer, but he made it very easy.
Deceptive sales, pushy salesmen � just dishonest people taking advantage of customers. They are always hoping you will focus on the low payment they arranged for you, but I reread the contract and they were very sneaky and out right dishonest. I paid almost $800 for " Extras " and I will never figure that one out. Tired of arguing with them. They lost this customer and anyone I can to persuade to go elsewhere. I was there to get my car detailed which by the way came out excellent during the time they had my car I was talking with Chris who is the genius and salesman. He was fantastic very knowledgeable no pressure just an awesome guy to deal with He did everything he could to make me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. Thanks Chris.
Bought a 2010 buick 2.5 years ago. When i left it had a leaking tire. They supposidly fixed it sfter 3 trips back.. then brought it in for service, routine oil change. When i left the car overheated and died. Come to find out they put no fluids back into it. My husband is a mechanic and has done all oil changes since because i do not trust them anymore.
