I'm sorry to say but I have to leave a bad review. Last week I made an appointment online to have my car inspected today at 2 p.m. I arrived at the service center on Saunders Way in Westbrook at 1:45. When checking in, the service desk rep couldn't find me in the system for a 2 p.m appointment, so I showed him my email that gave a confirmation code. I had a 10:30 appointment for half a day and all that was done was an oil change and an inspection sticker! When I got my car after 3:00, I was told they couldn’t do the prepaid detailing on the inside and exterior because I waited a year before having it done!! That information was never told to me when I purchased my car and the salesperson neglected to give me my spare key!! Now, I’m told I need to make an all day appointment!! I’m not a happy camper!! Good thing I love me Soul!!
My girlfriend when there to try and buy a car. Granted, she had bad credit however they said they could work with her and needed to talk to someone who specializes in bad credit cases. After almost two hours waiting, se were told to go home and someone would call. Oh, he called alright.. to say she shouldn’t have been told there was a chance. No thanks...never again.
