I had a 10:30 appointment for half a day and all that was done was an oil change and an inspection sticker! When I got my car after 3:00, I was told they couldn’t do the prepaid detailing on the inside and exterior because I waited a year before having it done!! That information was never told to me when I purchased my car and the salesperson neglected to give me my spare key!! Now, I’m told I need to make an all day appointment!! I’m not a happy camper!! Good thing I love me Soul!!
I'm sorry to say but I have to leave a bad review. Last week I made an appointment online to have my car inspected today at 2 p.m. I arrived at the service center on Saunders Way in Westbrook at 1:45. When checking in, the service desk rep couldn't find me in the system for a 2 p.m appointment, so I showed him my email that gave a confirmation code.
