brought in a Infiniti qx50 May of 2019 and her car didn't pass inspection with 23000 miles note this was her first inspection. the service has gone down hill there is no way that a car with that many miles should of failed. This is my second Infiniti that I have owned. They used to return the car washed after service not no more they couldn't even remove the plastic. The infinti general manager was no help I guess the days of Infiniti excellent service is a thing of the past
