bought a truck for 26,000. 5 months later they said it was only worth 10,000 for trade. I had issues with the truck from the first month I owned it, and they always promised to take care of it. I ended up going to Marc Motors and traded it towards a Nissan. I've been much happier at Marc Motors!

Very relaxed and accommodating sales team. Focus was not just on the sale of the car, but more on ensuring our expectations were and will continue to be met. Came later in the evening and never rushed because of closing. 10+ experience at an affordable price.
It was pretty cool to go an hour + from home (had researched and found what I wanted previously) to find not only a fantastic deal but a salesman from my neck of the woods, same town and everything. George and everyone else I dealt with were friendly and professional and made sure I got what I needed. I would totally recommend making the drive to see these guys!
They are crooks, they falsely reported frame damage to Carfax after they completely replaced my drivers door which they claim they didn’t but the reported washing my truck to Carfax so I can see them forgetting to report 3k worth of damage (sarcasm). They then tried to use that Carfax which they knew was incorrect to offer me 13k less than what my truck was worth for a trade in value knowing they could fix the Carfax and make a huge profit on it. The person in Brunswick that had our Jeep at first was amazing, once our Jeep came to Saco it went downhill . We got the price we wanted , the manager was nice at the time . We told them the headlight had moisture and needed to be fixed before we took it home . The manager said “ that will be fixed before you pick it up “ . I love my new 2016 Honda CR-V ! George V our salesman was wonderful. I hadn’t bought a car since 2005 and was a little nervous. George really made the experience easy and enjoyable. He even made a little video for me showing me my car. Ryan and Matt were also great to work with. I’d highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go see George V at Bill Dodge on Saunders Way in Westbrook. They were really great to work with!
