My customer experience with buying a car started out great (John C in sales was wonderful). The car was impeccably detailed-very impressive. However, I purchased the (used) car on 8/14/2020. Was told the Title for the car would be sent to me the following Monday 8/17. It took two calls with voicemails left both times and then two separate emails in the course of a week without any response from anyone at the dealership. I started with Tori in used cars and when I decided on a lease she handed me off personally to the Kia building and made sure someone would take care of me properly. Ken Sweet, was just that, sweet and funny and very knowledgeable.
