On 9/16/2022 we took our 2020 GMC Terrain that was purchased new from you to your service department to be serviced. I set up an appointment to have my 2020 HD Denail vehicle looked at on 9/27/22 at 7am. I arrived at 6:40am and was the 10th person in line. I proceeded to let them take my vehicle and check in. Thinking it would be fine because I had an appointment. Twice I’ve had the worse experiences with this business. Completely unfair in the service department. They definitely can sell cars, but my family has spent thousands of dollars that we shouldn’t have had to spend. Bought a Charger , the brakes squeaked, brought it in to get fixed , they still squeaked the next day or so. The guy says it will be 2-3 weeks till they can see it.
