Our family bought a GMC Acadia from Bill DeLord, and we could not be happier with the service and care we received. Recently we moved out of the area, and realized that we were spoiled at Bill DeLord, especially in the service department!! Often times at Bill DeLord we were able to borrow a cadillac while our car was in the shop! The service guys, and shop knew our names and greeted us with the best customer service!! I would recommend Bill DeLord Auto Center to anyone looking for a car but especially service too!!

My family bought a GMC Acadia from Bill DeLord, and we could not be happier with the service and care we received. Our Salesman was Tom Kohls, and he was extremely helpful with picking out a new car. We test drove a few vehicles and ended up with one we really enjoy. When we went back for some routine service the service department was helpful and fixed the problem quickly. We were even able to borrow a cadillac while our car was in the shop! I would recommend Bill DeLord Auto Center to anyone looking for a car.
Would definitely not bring your vehicle here for service. After being on countless phone calls with GM corporate for a measly $134 known service recall #12138 on a transmission dipstick tube failure this dealership would not honor the recall because apparently someone had already 'claimed' the warranty. GM corporate even admitted I had never received a recall notice according to their records. I wish they had 2 areas of rating. ..one for sales and one for service. .....my sales guy gets a 5.... the service department in my opinion owes me money! How the heck does an oil change and a tire plug take 3 hours. I have wasted my afternoon here to be told the tire can't be plugged and my oil change is ALMOST done. We purchased a new truck last week and we were out of here in 45 minutes! So stinking mad! They charge us by the hour....but our time is worth nothing.
You are an embarrassment to GMC, choosing to only honor GMC recalls for vehicles sold at your dealership.
