Public service message BEWARE of GMC and specifically Freeman Grapevine GMC in Grapevine, TX! My 2016 Yukon Denali XL has had issues with shaking/shuddering since I drove it off their lot in 9/17. I did not buy my 3500 Denali from them. I have been into the service department 3 times and each time was horrible. My very first time bringing my truck to them to investigate an oil leak and noise to be checked under warranty, 2 days before my appointment they called me to delay the appointment by 3 weeks.
