Huge thank you to the service and parts department!! My husband and I were traveling home from Louisiana and were 6 hours from home when we hit a giant pothole on I71 at 1am. Since nothing was open on Sunday, we were towed to a Hotel where we waited until the dealership opened Monday morning. From the first time I talked to someone in parts until we were given our keys back to head home, everyone was nothing but nice and helpful. I’ve always purchased used vehicles in the past, but when it came time to trade-in my old SUV I chose to buy new. I’ve always heard great things about Bill DeLord so I decided to make a visit. This was the first and only dealership I visited and the only vehicle I test drove. After that visit I knew this was the place for me. I am completely head over heels in love with my 2018 Terrain!!! These guys have always gone out of there way for me!! I used to bring my car to them for service when needed; however I move almost a year ago out of state.
