Bill responded in a timely manner. He was very respectful and was able to troubleshoot the problem correctly.
Bill was excellent!!! He quickly evaluated the problem, explained the cause & solution and fixed it. He also gave me advice on how to prevent it from happening in the future. I've told all my friends and family about him. Give him a call, you will not be disappointed!!!
Bill was on top of the problem within minutes and had the problem solved in the minumen amount of time, He is truly a proffesional with the the best interest of the customer.

My warranty company sent their technician who tried to upsell a new A/C coil and air handler. I needed a 2nd opinion and selected Bill Clark Air Conditioning & Heating. Bill advised that it didn't need replacement, just cleaning. He cleaned the A/C coil and serviced my A/C unit. Now my thermostat is registering correctly (comfortable at 80 degrees) and my A/C is working great. I highly recommend Bill Clark Air Conditioning & Heating.
My A/C unit was not cooling. He went straight to work, and completed the repair very quickly. Doubled checked everything before he finished. The hourly rate charged was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this contractor.
He is always very courteous in his work, he comes yearly for the job.
