Bill was knowledgable and prompt. He charged a very fair price for the work done. I would hire him again no question.
Bill came on time, was very congenial and very experienced. My son is owner operator of a HVAC company in Alabama. I described my problem to him and he told me what he thought was wrong. I didn't mention that to Bill though. Bill diagnosed the problem and fixed the exact thing that my son had mentioned. He fixed the problem and did other test on the system. I am very impressed with the quick contact of the Servicemagic folks in Colorado and then the promptness of Bill Clark. He was personable and knew what he was doing. I will certainly contact Servicemagic should the need arise in the future.
He was professional, courteous, honest, and educational. He went through our entire system. A previous tech told us we needed a $2000 repair. Bill advised us that this recommended repair was not necessary. He did advise us of a different issue which may or may not become a future problem and gave us options on how to proceed. Based on our service I have already referred him to a co-worker and plan on calling him out for regular A/C maintenance. Thanks Bill!
In overall I am extremely satisfied. Technican was very knowledgeable, arrived according to agreed schedule and did excellent job maintaining AC units.
Friendly and prompt. Completed work in a timely manner and provided good information regarding regular maintenance.
