He was prompt, knowledgeable, and didn't try to talk me into a new unit even though it really *does* need to be replaced soon! He was able to fix the issue within a few minutes so spent the rest of the hour doing some unexpected maintenance kind of things that weren't really on my list, with no extra charge.

My air conditioning went out on a 104-degree Saturday (doesn't it always?), so I needed an emergency visit. I had to go back to service magic for a second set of names because all the services who claimed "emergency service" said they couldn't come out till Monday. I called Bill directly--he provides his direct line so you don't have to talk to intermediary office staff. He told me what time he could be there, and he arrived exactly on time.
