I moved to Bismarck from New Jersey and have brought my 2005 Sportage in for for scheduled maintenance. I cannot say enough goos things about Axel in service and the rest of the staff. Quality service at a fair price, exceptionally courteous staff.... a totally pleasant experience, and those are words you rarely hear from anyone when it comes to car repair. I would recommend this dealership to anyone considering a car purchase without any reservations whatsoever.
When I owned a Kia and it was just dying as I drove down the road, I took it in and they couldn't figure it out I was told you better pray nothing bad happens. So very poor customer service and no longer own a Kia.
We have bought 3 pickups here. They have excellent sale reps. I recently had to drive from minot (where I live) to bismarck. When I arrived they listened to my concerns and said they will do everything they can to fix my pickup. The shop manager Josh was so very nice. They had found the problem and had it fix within hours of dropping my vehicle off. Excellent service. Keep up the good work.
Excellent people...Love my new truck...HAPPY hooked me up...Service department is top notch...Paint & Body made my trade in look like new again...Now if I could just get there towing account.....LOL
