Not happy with service department bought a 2007 Lincoln Navigator in July of last year well just recently the air ride quit working which makes it very bad to drive took it back to bill Barth cause I had purchased a platinum warranty which cost 3200$ they told me first there was nothing wrong well took it back the next day said compresser was bad and the warranty would not cover it and it would cost 2200$ to fix it I brought it home and was just sick about it this is not the first vehicle I bought from them and it like they ... read more

Bought a brand new $60k F250 and I am having the paint chip off at 8k miles. They tell me the accessories I have on it are the cause. My accessories are mud flaps... I've been driving the exact same roads for 10 years. Have had two other brand new ford vehicles in that time and put a combined 60k miles on with no issues. I have the voicemail to prove what a joke this dealership is. Would never recommend anyone go there for anything.
