Have never had a bad service there. Service department is top notch and sales department is awesome to deal with. I have bought 2 brand new vehicles from them and won't go anywhere else.
I can't say enough good things about Bill Barth! Stan was wonderful to work with and made the process smooth and easy! We were so pleased with their service compared to other dealerships we ha e worked with in the past.
I went to Kia for undercoating-1:00 PM. They asked if they could install head light also which was burned out-They had not even started on it when I came to get my car at 3:00 but said it would only take about 15 minutes. About 3:30 I looked to see if they were done- they said it was the wrong light, they would go over to Ford to see if they had one- Ford is just across the street. I waited until about 4:00- No activity- When I asked they said they would have to got to Napa. It is now over an hour since the whole thing began... read more
