This has been one of the best things I could have offered myself. Not just for the work out and strenghening of my body. But training the mind to relax and focus. After getting over the fear of being in a hot room for a period of time, which most likely why most won't give it a try. I found out that that's not the problem or shouldn't have been the fear in the 1st place. The instructors are nice and help you to make it thru the self given fears. I suggest this to every human being no matter the age.

I was visiting from Anchorage Alaska and really needed a class to recover my flight. Everybody was super friendly and inviting. It made me wish I was in town longer to take more than just one class. Thanks!!!

I was cautiously nervous before I took my first 90 minute hot yoga class not knowing what to expect. But now after having completed the unlimited 30 day package I can truly say that hot yoga is becoming a life changing experience for me! I just signed up for unlimited classes for the next several months. The Studio is beautiful, clean and appealing on all levels! The owners, Anne and Doug are so friendly and accommodating.
