RecommendedI've been practicing Bikram on and off since 2007 at various studios. This most recent break from yoga was my longest one; having stayed away from it since 2014 so I'd been itching to go back for a while now. I made a deal with myself that if I woke up early enough yesterday I was going to the 10am class. RecommendedI signed up for the unlimited sessions for 30 days. I've taken 2 classes so far. Experienced instructors, clean room and I have already run into two friends. Definitely worth it. I feel lighter already, spiritually speaking of course.
