RecommendedI didn't realize how much I valued the hot room, until it was no longer there. The month that the studio was under construction was hard but eye opening. It showed how much Bikram yoga changed my life but most importantly changed me! Yes, I could have gone to another studio on the island to practice but it wouldn't have been the same without my LBNY yogi family! This is more than just a studio, a group of yogis, were a community a family and it's my second home. Its the wonderful staff & yogis here that truly make this place... read more

It is my favorite place here on Long Beach. The teachers are amazing in so many ways. I feel blessed to have found such a great place with such wonderful people who make me feel at home.
