I was recommend by a friend to try Bikram yoga for my back and neck issues. I said “no way am I taking yoga in the heat”! Well, I tried it as a last resort when physical therapy, trigger point injections, epidurals and chiropractic care did nothing. After 2 weeks I started feeling better. After 3 months 90% of my pain is gone � 5 stars for Bikram Yoga! My life has dramatically changed for the better!
