RecommendedI called about some pedals for a 1965 model Puky brand bike (german made) on our way thru Ky to see if they might have the pedals , by far one of the best experiences i have had on any type of customer service in so long !!!! We got our first big girl bike there today! The gentleman helping us was awesome; kind, knowledgeable, patient, helpful. We got a basket, tail light, and visibility flag and he installed them all as well as adjusted her seat. So happy we got to support local today!
We went in for a flat tire. The employees were super nice; the service was excellent and incredibly fast. Best of all, the price was ridiculously affordable! We’ll definitely be using Bike World for all of our biking maintenance!
Noah and Martha made my bike purchase so pleasant! Noah was so knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect bike!

My kiddos are 3rd generation Bikeworld customers. The personal experience provided by the owners keep us coming back. Hutch’s advice was spot on, when trying to teach my girls to ride last year. And, the patience that Martha showed when I was there a few weeks ago earned my business for life. Not only did she help us with our selection, but she also ensured that my kids left knowing how to handle and operate their new bikes. Whatever cycling needs you have, be sure to make this your first stop.
Great people-when my son needed to upgrade his bicycle they indulged his every whim without breaking the bank and the work was done in a very timely manner-5⭐'s y'all!
Just discovered this shop this weekend after telling my daughter she couldn't ride her bike at the park! They had larger selection and same or even lower prices compared to other places (yes, even beat Walmart). Very impressed, going back tomorrow for more biking accessories!
