RecommendedHUGE shout out to my friends @BikeWorld. I had an evil-like-concrete stuck problem with a pedal that could/should have resulted in new replacement parts. It is a problem no longer. BikeWorld is at the top of our region’s premier customer service businesses, and I hope everyone knows it.

Currently, I'm touring from Austin, Tx to New York City; I had a problem with my rear rim when I called them they were so helpful and professional when I arrived at the store they fixed my bicycle in a short period. They give me a few options for the part that my Bicycle needs it. They filled my water bottles. Most importantly, they were honest. Thank you so very much, fellas. Yilmaz ATMACA

my wife and I visited over the weekend. we were surprised at how bright the shop was. how everything had its place. was super easy to find items (maybe to easy). we purchased several riding jerseys, new pedals, and other misc. items. definitely our kind of place. everyone should visit the store. shop local. good knowledgeable bike shops are becoming a rarity.

Sold used bike as new knowing something was wrong with it. We totally told them what bike was for but they sold is this one to get rid of it knowing it would never last for racing. Owner did not care and tried to offer insulting buy back price. Shady.
All of the staff are very personable. You always feel welcome when you walk into there store and someone is always willing to help. I live in Murray and I’m willing to commute up to paducah just for the fantastic customer service.
