The best shop for your bike friendly Steve will take care of your needs
I LOVE their service dept. I've taken my bikes here for several years and they are up front with scheduling times, potential repairs, costs--everything! They even do a little basic education when you bring your bike in and they see a problem. Very quick turn around time in repairs also!
I bought my first bike in ages from Matt yesterday and took it out for a 5 mile ride today; loved it!! Thanks for all the great advice and customer service! I see cycling as a big part of my future!

Thank you to Thomas! I arrived at the WDM store a few minutes past closing. Thinking perhaps Urbandale had different hours I called and found they didn't. However, what they did do was offer to let us in when we arrived, Thomas said he would open the doors for me when we got there, just give him a call! Fast forward to a VERY happy 10 year old!! A mom who appreciates the grace your employees had when I'm sure they would rather be headed home! He has been riding his bike since we got home! Thank you again!!
Amazing customer service! I goofed an online order, and it was taken care of right away! I called the store, and my order was made even easier because the Urbandale store had the tires I needed. Steve even e-mailed me the next day to be sure I was taken care of. I haven't come across such good customer service in a long time! :)
