Amazing customer service! I goofed an online order, and it was taken care of right away! I called the store, and my order was made even easier because the Urbandale store had the tires I needed. Steve even e-mailed me the next day to be sure I was taken care of. I haven't come across such good customer service in a long time! :)
The time that the very courteous staff spent with my wife and me, answering our questions and addressing our needs, went way above our expectations!
