I went in looking to get my Specialized Allez upgraded to an 11 speed from an 8 speed. Surprised to see that Sean tried to talk me out of it initially citing what I really needed was right in front of me. After a lengthy and knowledge filled conversation, i realized that this is what customer service is truly about. I met with Shawn to do a fitting on a triathlon bike. He was awesome to meet with, & went above & beyond to ensure my bike was properly adjusted. He also went over the "why" & "what" each adjustment does. I was so appreciative of the time spent and knowledge gained. Bike Tek is top notch & I highly recommend them for all your cycling needs! I will definitely be coming back!
