I stopped by for a bike rack for my car, with 4-year-old grandson in tow. I was helped to get exactly what I needed -- advised on what would meet my needs, how to adapt for a van and a sedan, and then watched as it was unpacked and installed completely. It was more expensive than my last one (everything is!) and I am very satisfied it is worth it. I never could have gotten this done on my own with active grandson on hand. We are now ready to roll.
