We came in while we were in town to find a bike for my 8 year old daughter who has low muscle tone and some other health issues. Because of her health issues she has struggled learning how to ride a bike and get the proper motion down. We talked with Eric and he showed us a nice purple specialized bike. We came back a couple days later and he helped fit my daughter. He put on a bigger tire to fit onto a trainer and made a few other adjustments to make sure the bike fits her perfect. My wife and I have purchased 3 road bikes from BP. The guys always take time to get to know their customers and what they need in a bike and/or gear. They are always helpful without being pushy or trying to sell more expensive gear that's unnecessary. I wouldn't buy a bike anywhere else.
If someone is looking for a way to improve the performance of their bike and haven't upgraded their wheels yet, I recommend it as a great place to start. I spoke with Eric Vickers about my wheels and if there was an option that would improve the performance of my bike. The difference is amazing! He built me a set of custom Hutchinson Bicycle Tires, tubeless tires on Velocity A23 rims with DT Swiss hubs and a Ultegra 11/25 cassette.
