Always get great service here. My go to shop in Salem.
Great people, they are knowledgeable, experienced and helpful. No one there seems to mind to stop and answer questions. They take the time to help rather than just pushing a product on you and then you out the door. My wife and I are more than happy with our bikes and the service we get from the staff at the bike peddler. These people live bikes and you can tell. They don't have that you aren't one of us attitudes but instead would like to spread the love of bikes to you. I will definitely be a lifelong customer.

Great people to work with. Took our bikes in, they checked them over, fixed them and now "We're On The Road Again".
I just needed a quick check as I had purchased my bike there a couple of months ago. They got my bike in and out within 15-20 minutes. I realize that's not always possible as they commonly have a 4-5 day turn around for repairs and such but I was thrilled that they could tweak my bike while I waited. Thank you!

Love this place! The staff are very helpful and friendly. We have bought four bikes from them and two were for our special needs daughter. I highly recommend if you are looking to purchase a bike, come see them. You won't want to go anywhere else.
