I came in with a wobbly wheel on a Walmart E-bike looking for a solid repair because i thought they were supposed to be a professional shop, instead the gentleman filled my tire with air and told me that was the best he could do for me. Unless you want to pay 5000 or more on one of their bikes they are not going to treat you the same bringing in your normal everyday bike for a simple repair.
Way too expensive in very snobbish people
Incredibly helpful, no shaming, willing to get creative.
