I hadn't ridden a bike in over 10 years when I walked into Bike Link. I had no idea what I would, or wouldn't, need in a bike, I just knew I wanted something to get started. Instead of taking advantage of me and pointing me toward the most expensive duel-suspension carbon S-Works rig (which makes my mouth water now), they were helpful in putting me on the perfect bike for my skill level. No pressure sales, always willing to bend over backwards to help, honest, all around great run business.
Best bike place in the whole entire world (yes, it's true). Also best people in the world work there. Super helpful!

The best experience I've had in any bike shop. Absolutely non-intimidating. I occupied Geoff for more of the afternoon than I'm sure he wanted, but there was no sense that I was an imposition and that time was an issue. I can't say enough about positive things about the people with which I had the opportunity to interact. Friendly and very informative.
