I'm in my 50's and needed something to get me back into the game of exercising without the boring fitness center that one grows to dread after 5 minutes of extreme awkwardness and sports channels while you walk in place. Walked in here for the first time last week, was greeted by friendly staff and I felt welcome. I didn't encounter the "elitist" attitude that I've seen at a few other local shops. Also had a great turnaround on my bike I dropped off for a tune up.
