There are a lot of good bike shops in the Birmingham area, but I’ve never found any of them that beat the team at Bike Link in Hoover. They are my go-to team for all things cycling.
I appreciate the stellar service that my son gets in Bike Link. Joe and his team do such a great job. They ask the right questions, they aren't interested in band-aid fixes, but solutions. Joe wants to make sure everything is just right, from the right bike, to the right fit, to the accessories that are best for the individual. Also, there is not a better place for getting your wheels laced and/or trued. Bike Link is the creme de la creme.
Joe runs his business well and treats his employees even better. The moment you walk in the door you feel like you’re in a real bicycle shop, not some corporate, mainstream, “drink the koolaid”-type store. These guys know how to fix anything and do it with a smile on their face because they all love what they do. Shout out to Chuck, Mike G and Grant for holding it down in the heart of the shop. Those guys are mainly responsible for keeping your rig in order. Always remember to tip your mechanic with quality beverages � � �
RecommendedThe guys/gals at bike link go above and beyond what I would consider great customer service. If more companies took their approach to customer service, the world would be a better place! I will never darken the door of another bike shop as long as Bike Link is is business, which will be a very long time!

Best bike shop in Birmingham! Staff is great and the mechanics are very knowledgeable. Bought a Specialized Camber from them and also purchased their 3 year service plan. I find it very convenient to bring my bike in whenever it needs attention, the service plan setup is very nice. I would recommend their products and service to anyone. Chuck Lewis is da man!!!!
Been like family to me since 2002. Nothing but warmth, knowledge, and customer first.
I’m impressed with the attention to detail. Between Joe, Chuck, and Alex, the service and communication has been great. Bike Link is a well oiled machine!
Recently had a service for broken chain. They found several other problems I overlooked and pointed them out to me. Great team!
