Have been pleased the past two years with regular maintenance but today they went the 'extra mile' in service. I couldn't engage my hand brakes, neither could my husband. They came out, patiently showed me I must apply more pressure than we were, and the hand brake worked fine!! Not only were they pleasant but helped us with a 'smile.'
Thank you again Bike Link for helping make Aubrey’s bike extra special. Thank you for adding a push handle bar for us to help her. Words can not express our gratitude you have shown our little girl with this bike.

I would like to Thank Joe and his team for the exceptional service while in his store. I felt welcome the minute I walked through the door. I was greeted by Joe and he spent at least on hour with me explaining the differences with the bikes and suggested a couple he thought we should go with.....not knowing if I would be back. Well unbeknownst to him I was coming back to buy my daughter a 2019 Specialized Rockhopper Comp. My daughter couldn’t be happier and it’s all thanks to Joe and his team. 🚲👏🚵♀️
