I can't express enough how pleased I was with my experience at Bike Link in Hoover, especially during the time of Covid-19. I had called to check on their Covid protocols before my visit and checked out their web site which they state clearly they follow strict guidelines and even offer curbside service. Wonder customer service. They are amazing to assist you weather you are new to the biking world or experienced.
I bought a new bike from Bike Link on my last visit to Hoover. The salespeople were all very personable, taking a lot of time to help me make the perfect choice. I ordered bike shorts, and received them in only a few days. I’ll definitely go back!
The employees and the owner are always smiling and willing to help, which is a welcome change from past experiences elsewhere. Great customer service and great bikes! Great job guys!
