I felt like having drinks with the fellas. So we headed to Bijou for their happy hour from 4-7pm. First off, bartender was a cool cat. Can't remember his name though. Kinda tall, African American. Makes a great drink! His service was outstanding! Ordered some food for dinner. Chose the fried catfish. On point! Two nice sized fillets came with grits and collard greens. Our waitress was very sweet. Good food and tasty cocktails. Made for a wonderful birthday celebration!
I hate it closed but it was getting really dry. They never tried to reinvent themselves they never switched up the music selections and the DJ's were always these prerecorded, pre taped, no request or style havin dudes. How u a DJ and U got no jams, no mic � presence and now I see no job.. Very nice ambience but nothing more under the surface REALLY.
Rude and inappropriate person over the phone. Called and spoke to "Larry". Asked about using an expired Groupon certificate, and instead of getting a simple Yes or No answer..I get lectured and he compared the situation to "not filing your taxes on time". Thank you Larry but you are completely insane..I don't need a lecture and I file my taxes on time! I would never eat here.
