Rude and obnoxious manager Kimberly. First furniture arrived late, then the foot tests were wrong and do not fit the bed. Requested new foot rests which Kimberly said she ordered but it has been more than two weeks and still not received them. Cannot use the bed without foot rests. In my 50 years of life, I have never experienced such poor customer service. The manager, in particular, was extremely rude and arrogant, showing a complete lack of respect for customers. I was deeply disappointed by this behavior. It has been over six months, and the service has still not been completed. This is simply unacceptable. Terrible place, the customer service is awful all the way down to the manager of the Henderson location. I had to cancel my order because it was extremely late and then I had to call several times for the refund and I got the complete run around, telling me the bookkeeper was out and they had no idea when she would return. I will never shop there again be aware!!!!!!!
Worse customer service ever. Trying to get hold of the manager since January about a sectional I purchased, no one called me back. 1st time I called, they never reported my call. When I called 2nd time for a follow up, I was told they don’t have records of my call. Need to replace one of the pieces as it is smaller than rest of the pieces. Crooks! They literally steal your money. Do not buy from them! They will rip you off!
Worst customer service and bad quality products. They delivered my sectional sofa with broken latches on two of them. Noted. The delivery guy took pics and said they’d have to order the parts. I followed up a couple of weeks later and they told me it was never ordered. They apologized for the miscommunication and I forgave them. I’ve been patient and gave them a few weeks. This furniture store has the worst customer service. I purchased a bed on 10/3, I was given a time frame of 4/6 weeks. I called twice (10/31 and 11/8)for a status check and they would never provided an update. They kept saying let me look into it and call you back, but never called back with information. After the 6 weeks was up i called again (11/14 at 2pm)and they said to come in to re-select.
